JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position includes work as a teaching resource in English and Swedish within the introductory program (50%) as well as teaching two courses in the child and youth program with a focus on social work and health pedagogy (50%). The position also includes a mentoring assignment, which means a special responsibility to support and follow the students' social and personal development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a teaching license and professional experience in teaching Swedish and English in the introductory program, as well as experience working with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities. You have the ability to differentiate instruction and design relevant adaptations for students with NPF. It is an advantage if you have experience teaching in the child and youth program or have completed a vocational teacher training program with this focus.

You work in a structured manner, have good planning skills, and are creative in your problem-solving in unforeseen situations. You build safe and trusting relationships with students and are also a team player who actively contributes to a good collaborative climate - a crucial prerequisite for success within IM. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
